o9bit Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

o9bit is a platform providing online betting and casino services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms serve as a legal agreement between the user and o9bit.

o9bit reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be properly notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, o9bit's decision shall be considered final.
• These Terms operate in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

o9bit services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. o9bit may request identification for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create and operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be suspended or cancelled and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. o9bit reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided.

• Provide your correct name, mobile number, and required details during registration.
• Keep your account password private and secure.
• Do not allow any third party to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on o9bit is ৳300. We accept only the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

Funds deposited into an account must be sent through a payment method registered in the user's own name. Funds sent through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — through the method registered on the account.

Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. Copies of identification or other documents may be requested during the verification process.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

o9bit takes a firm stance against money laundering and any illegal financial activity. The right to investigate and suspend an account is reserved for any suspicious transaction.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus can only be used once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit to claim the bonus.
• If any suspicious betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• o9bit reserves the right to change promotion terms at any time.

4.3 Abuse Prohibited

If bonus abuse, system exploitation, or any attempt to gain an advantage through dishonest means is detected, the account will be cancelled and all bonus funds will be forfeited.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

o9bit's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier is determined by the user's regular activity and play history. VIP benefits apply only to active and regular accounts. o9bit reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Permitted Use

Users may use o9bit only for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to cheat, defraud, or manipulate the system.
• Placing bets through automated bots or software.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Carrying out any harmful activity against the platform.
• Identity fraud or providing false information.

If any of the above violations are detected, o9bit may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Decisions

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of a bet will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event.

7.2 Technical Errors

o9bit will not be held liable if a bet is cancelled due to a technical fault in the system, network disconnection, or other technical issues. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

7.3 Market Suspension

If any event or market is suspended, cancelled, or altered, o9bit reserves the right to reassess or cancel the relevant bets. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.

8 Security & Privacy

o9bit uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect user data. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.

• If the account was created using false information.
• If there is suspicion that the account is being used by an underage person.

10.2 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support. Any remaining balance must be settled before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

o9bit is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, o9bit is not liable for the following:

• Issues caused by the user's internet connection or device.
• Technical faults from third-party game providers.
• Unforeseen external circumstances such as natural disasters or government directives.
• The user's own negligence or insecure use of their account.
